After opening an account at Gmail, Go to Blogger.com
Login with your Gmail email account and password
Give title of your blog, choose blog name i.e moneytariff.blogspot.com
Select Template whether its blogger dynamic or classic.
Thats it you've done creating blog on blogger to continue blogging.
Posts your views or original content or images any thing on your blog.
Note that whatever your posting on your blog should be original of you, not stealed or reprodcing from internet.
